Middlesboro man arrested for trafficking Fentanyl

On Wednesday January 27, 2021 at 8:49 pm, a Middleboro man was arrested on multiple criminal complaint warrants. After a lengthy investigation by Sgt. Clay Hurd into drug trafficking, 58 year old Terrance Raines was arrested at his Pinewood Lane residence.

Raines has been charged with trafficking controlled substance – 1st degree (Carfentanil or Fentanyl derivatives), and (4) counts of trafficking controlled substance – 1st degree, 1st offense (greater than 10 dosage units – drug unspecified schedule 1 &2).

Terrance Raines is being held on a $7500.00 cash bond.
