Middlesboro man charged with sexual offense involving juvenile

On Monday, September 13, 2021, Middlesboro Officer Dakota Torstrick arrested 19-year-old Jessie Partin regard to a sexual offense he confessed to involving a 13 year old female.

The incident allegedly occurred at a residence on Lynnwood Road in the beginning of August according to the citation.

Jessie Partin was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center charged with Rape - 2nd degree, no force. He currently has no bond set.
