Speedwell Tennessee man who pastors in Kentucky charged with sexual offenses

On Monday night October 5, 2020 Claiborne County Sheriff’s Department arrested 56-year-old Frank Noe of Speedwell, Tennessee.

Noe has been charged by Claiborne County Investigator Eric Fraley with (5) five counts of child rape and (1) one count of incest. Rape of a child is a Class A felony and Incest is a Class C felony.

He was taken into custody and booked into the Claiborne County Jail just after 8:00pm.

Frank Noe is a pastor at Bennett's Fork Baptist Church in Middlesboro.
