Three arrested in Claiborne County on theft charges

From The Claiborne County Sheriff's Department -

On the morning of Thursday, September 23, 2021, 3 arrests were made by the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation and Patrol Divisions in regards to multiple thefts that have recently occurred in the Rock Harbor community of Claiborne County. The Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the homeowners and contractors in the community for their assistance in the apprehension of these suspects.

The following suspects have been arrested in regards to these thefts;

David Elwood Barlow, 36, of New Tazewell is charged with Aggravated Burglary and Theft of Property over $1,000

Joseph Marshall Thomas, 27, of New Tazewell is charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Burglary and 3 counts of Theft of Property over $1,000

Andrea Lee Peacock, 43, of New Tazewell is charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Burglary and 3 counts of Theft of Property over $1,000

All three have been lodged in the Claiborne County Jail.
