Two at a cemetery arrested for drugs

Christopher Robin Fontana - BCDC

On Friday August 2, 2019 at approximately 1:00pm Bell County Chief Deputy Doug Jordan was on routine patrol in the Chenoa Community near the Chenoa Cemetery. Chief Deputy Jordan located 45 year old Christopher Robin Fontana of Lafollette Tennessee and 21 year old Harmony McCullough of Clairfield Tennessee at the cemetery.

Deputy Jordan stated there was a strong odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle Fontana and McCullough were occupying.

The two were removed from the vehicle and observed in plain view was a pill bottle with a napkin inside and no label. Inside the napkin was a needle cap, Buprenorphine pill, and Aprazolam pills.

Found inside a front pocket of McCullough’s clothing was a bag believed to contain Methamphetamine. She was also found to have additional drug paraphernalia and a spoon commonly used for drug usage. A needle was found in her clothing after she admitted to possessing it during the booking process.

The pair was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.

Christopher Fontana was charged with possession of controlled substance – 2nd degree, 1st offense (Buprenorphine), possession of controlled substance – 3rd degree, 1st offense (Alprazolam), buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, and he was served an outstanding warrant for Assault 4th degree (domestic violence).

Harmony McCullough was charged with possession of controlled substance – 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance – 2nd degree (Buprenorphine), and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia.
