A short time after 2:00 pm on Thursday March 2, 2023, Kentucky State Police dispatch received calls of a man walking in the Loyall, Ky. area on KY 840 with a rifle. Callers stated that the individual was pointing the gun at vehicles as they drove by.
KSP PAO Trooper Shane Jacobs tells is that at 2:20 pm Kentucky State Police Troopers responded and arrested the man without incident. He is identified as 36-year-old Joshua Senters of Loyall, Kentucky. KSP Trooper Caldwell transported Senters to the Harlan County Detention Center where he is lodged with no bond set as of this report.
He was charged with Wanton Endangerment - 1st degree.
