A Leslie County judge denied a second request for a lower bond for Alyssa Noble, just weeks after the first request.
Noble is accused of driving under the influence and hitting two Primary Care employees in downtown Hyden in August of 2017.
One of the employees, Paige Hays, died. Noble is charged with murder.
Noble's representative filed a motion asking to lower her bond in early December, but a judge denied that request.
On Wednesday January 2, they asked to re-present lowering Noble's bond due to a "medically acknowledged seizure". The judge denied the second request, saying he would take it into consideration but there is no change as of now.
