3:50PM UPDATE - Consetta Ladonne Gathers was apprehended in Knox County Kentucky by Barbourville Police there. The male suspect is still at large. Gathers is being booked into the Knox County Ky Detention Center.
Barbourville Police charged her with criminal possession of a forged instrument. She is expected to brought back to Bell County soon to face charges acquired in Middlesboro.

Thursday morning September 17, 2020 Middlesboro Police issue a be-on-the-lookout for a black Lincoln MKX with Ontario Canada license plates.
The occupants, an African American male and female have been going to area banks cashing fake payroll checks. Several Middlesboro banks and another in Williamsburg have been victims of these individuals shortly after 9:00am.
The woman involved, identified as 58 year old Consetta Ladonne Gathers, is wanted out of Michigan for fleeing and eluding law enforcement as well as organized crime. She is described as 5' 7", 185 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes, but was last seen wearing a lighter shade wig. The duo is believed to still be in the Tri-State area.
