A Flatlick Kentucky man was arrested by Knox County Deputy Bobby Jones on a complaint warrant from Bell County on Monday. 54 year old Jeffery Wayne Baker was arrested on a warrant for sexual abuse 1st degree.
Bell County Deputy James Taulbee states in the complaint that on February 5, 2019 Baker subjected a 13 year old juvenile to sexual contact.
Sexual abuse in the first degree is a Class D felony.
Jeffery Baker has been transferred to the Bell County Detention Center and is being held under a $250,000 cash bond.
