Deputy Joey Robinson arrested Zebolin Collett age 24 of Gray, Ky on Saturday night January 26, 2019 at approximately 10:35 PM.
The arrest occurred off West Cumberland Gap Pkwy., approximately 11 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that a male subject who appeared to be intoxicated was at a business there.
Upon arrival at the scene, Deputy Robinson located Collett who appeared to be under the influence and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
Upon arrest, Collett failed to comply with commands and following a brief scuffle was placed in custody. He began creating a disturbance cursing and attempting to kick Deputy Robinson. Collett was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances; resisting arrest; menacing; disorderly conduct – second-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County detention center.
