On May 24, at 5:47pm Middlesboro Officer Jeremiah Johnson arrested 44 year old Carl England Jr. for riding a bicycle on the sidewalk, possession of controlled substance 1st degree – methamphetamine, disorderly conduct 2nd degree, and possession of marijuana.
On May 25th, at 6:19am Middlesboro Officer Floyd Patterson arrested 29 year old Dustin Southern of Louisville, Ky for improper start from a parked position, no insurance, no operator’s license. He was also served 2 bench warrants for failure to pay a fine and failure to appear in court and also served with two non-support warrants.
On May 29th, Middlesboro Officer Jeremiah Johnson arrested 27 year old Justin Wayne Phelps of Middlesboro for 13 counts of theft by deception cold checks, possession of controlled substance 2nd degree – drug unspecified, and possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense – Methamphetamine.
On May 29th, Middlesboro Officer Jonathon Franklin arrested 27 year old Todd Brock of Middlesboro for assault 4th degree domestic violence. He was also served an outstanding bench warrant.
On May 30th, at 2:22pm Middlesboro Officer Jerimiah Johnson arrested 31 year old Kellye Partin aka Kellye Daniel Stokes of Morristown, Tn., for failure to wear seatbelts, no insurance, possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense – drug unspecified, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia. She was also served 3 bench warrants.
On May 30th, at 5:14pm, Middlesboro Officer Jeremiah Johnson arrested 21 year old Tristain William Burnette of Asheville, NC, for disorderly conduct 2nd degree, resisting arrest, and theft by unlawful taking over $500/under $10,000.
On May 31st Middlesboro Officer Michael Bradley arrested 44 year old Angela Yates of Middlesboro for theft by unlawful taking under $500, criminal trespassing 2nd degree, public intoxication – excluding alcohol, and she was served a bench warrant.
On May 31st, Middlesboro Officer Robin Venable arrested 64 year old Frances Sinkhorn for operating a motor vehicle under the influence and driving on a DUI suspended license 1st offense aggravated circumstances.
On May 31st, Middlesboro Police Sgt. Barry Cowan arrested 36 year old Justin Davis of Middlesboro for possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense – Methamphetamine, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, no insurance, and improper display of registration plates.
On June 2nd, Middlesboro Officer Joel Quillen arrested 38 year old Glenn Brooks of Middlesboro for criminal trespass 1st degree.
