From the Harlan County Sheriff's Office -
On Wednesday January 7, 2021 the Harlan County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Cumberland woman on drug trafficking charges. The arrests resulted from undercover drug investigations conducted by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detectives.
43 year old Crystal Eads, of Cumberland was charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance 2nd Degree. Eads was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with bond set at $1,500 full cash. The cases remain under investigation by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detectives.
Also arrested was 51 year old Arthur Neal of Harlan on a Harlan County Circuit Court Indictment. Neal was charged with Assault 2nd Degree (Domestic Violence), Assault 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct 1st Degree.
He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with bond set at $2,500 full cash.
