At approximately 3:00am Sunday September 29, 2019 there was a single vehicle collision on Highway 25E north bound close to the Tractor Supply entrance.
The driver Kenneth R. Mills and his passenger were transported to Middlesboro ARH by Middlesboro Fire/EMS for minor injuries.
Middlesboro Officer Kenny Vanover has determined that alcohol and marijuana may have been a factor regarding the collision.
Due to injuries sustained in the incident Kenneth Mills has been cited to court and charged with DUI.
Assisting on scene were Officers Jeremiah Johnson and Lt. Josh Burchett.
