A Flat Lick man is now in custody after being charged with a sexual offense.
The complaint warrant taken out by KSP Detective Jake Middleton states that 51-year-old Ray Dewayne Sinkhorn has been charged with sexual abuse - 1st degree victim under 12. The complaint claims that the incident(s) leading to Sinkhorn's arrest took place between March 23, 2016 and June 18, 2016.
Trooper Joey Brigmon lodged Ray Sinkhorn in the Bell County Detention Center. He is being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
