The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:
Mirald Stewart, 39, of Berea, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 5. He was charged with operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to owner to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card and no registration receipt;
John Bates, 37, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Sept. 5. He was charged with three counts contempt of court;
Brandon Buell, 34, of Dayhoit, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Sept. 6. He was charged with second-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia;
Mark Stephens, 43, of Coldiron, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 6. He was charged with failure to appear;
Timothy Cottrell, 54, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Sept. 6. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury);
Chad Williams, 37, of Cumberland, was arrested on Sept. 6 for drug court sanction;
Edna Barger, 47, of Bledsoe, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Sept. 6. She was charged with giving an officer false identifying information, third-degree criminal trespassing, failure to appear and contempt of court;
Roger Muncy, 39, of Cranks, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 7. He was charged with vehicle with only one headlight, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operating ATV on roadway;
Christina Pace, 46, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Sept. 8. She was charged with vehicle with only one headlight, license to be in possession, failure to produce insurance card, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol and non-payment of court costs/fees/fines;
Brandon Trammell, 32, of Baxter, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Sept. 8. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol);
Robert Brock, 52, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 9. He was charged with two counts failure to appear;
Carolyn Middleton, 44, of Cawood, was arrested by operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license (second offense), failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol;
Ashley Kilgore, 33, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 9. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;
Christopher Lewis, 40, of Benham, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on Sept. 9. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excluding alcohol), third-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree wanton endangerment (police officer);
R.C. Henry, 45, of Ashland, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on Sept. 9. He was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering;
Jeffrey Dunn, 32, of Clay City, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Sept. 10;
Jamie Mason, 38, of Liberty, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Sept. 10;
Jason North, 40, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement officers on Sept. 10. He was charged with operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license;
Christina Boggs, 42, of Partridge, was arrested by Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement officers on Sept. 10. She was charged with two counts failure to appear;
Ward Hughett, 55, of Middlesboro, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 10. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place (second offense);
Larry Napier, 30, of Verda, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on Sept. 10. He was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence; minor injury);
Joseph Siler, 51, of Williamsburg, was lodged in the detention center as a state inmate on Sept. 11;
Michael Cornett, 38, of Gordon, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Sept. 11. He was charged with contempt of court;
Juanita Robinson, 36, of Baxter, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on Sept. 11. She was charged with failure to appear, two counts contempt of court and third-degree criminal trespassing;
James Smith, 33, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky Fish & Wildlife officials on Sept. 11. He was charged with failure to appear.
