John Engle, a man accused of sodomizing and raping a child under the age of 12, has put his fate in the hands of a jury.
In all, Engle is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12 years of age), one count of first-degree rape (victim under 12 years of age), two counts of first-degree sodomy (victim under 12 years of age) and one count of incest. His jury trial is scheduled for January 22 at 9 a.m.
