Kentucky State Police Arrests Coldiron Man On Sexual Offenses Involving A Juvenile

Kentucky State Police have arrested a Coldiron man on sexual offenses. KSP Detective Jake Wilson states in the citation that 33-year-old Dustin Murphy is alleged to have engaged in a sex act with a 15-year-old female juvenile in his vehicle.
The incident was recorded on Murphy’s cellphone and is said to have happened in April of 2024.
Dustin Murphy was arrested on Thursday, March 13, 2025, and lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center charged with sodomy – 3rd degree and promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sex performance.
He is being held on a $1,000,000 cash bond.
