A Manchester man living in Middlesboro has been charged with sexual offenses by Middlesboro Police. Tuesday May 11, 35 year old John L. Smith of Manchester turned himself in to the Bell County Detention Center after a criminal complaint warrant had been issued for his arrest.
In the complaint, Middlesboro Officer Joel Quillen states that Smith is charged with "having sexual relations with a female juvenile in which he is over 10 years her elder." Smith is also accused of supplying the juvenile with Marijuana.
John L. Smith is being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
