Pineville man arrested on a parole violation in Laurel County

Deputy Allen Turner along with Deputy Joey Robinson arrested Brian S. Cloud age 45 of Pineville, KY on Sunday evening August 18, 2019 at approximately 5:58 PM off West Cumberland Gap Pkwy., 12 miles South of London.

This was after Cloud was charged on a Kentucky parole board parole violation warrant charging absconding parole supervision; failure to attend treatment for substance abuse; failure to complete treatment for substance abuse; failure to make restitution as directed regarding a conviction in Bell Circuit Court on a charge of theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but under $10,000.

Cloud was lodged in the Laurel County correctional center.
