A Pineville man was arrested in Pineville on a Claiborne County warrant on Friday January at 4:30pm.
The bench warrant states that 31 year old Matthew Franklin Fisher was taken into custody after detectives from Claiborne County Tennessee notified Kentucky authorities that he had a warrant for TCA 39-13-518 - Continuous Sexual Abuse Of A Child. The warrant further states the activity is alleged to have occurred from May 25, 2012 to March 21, 2018.
Fisher is being held in the Bell County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond awaiting extradition.
