Totz, Ky. Man Arrested For Drug Trafficking in Evarts

Evarts Police Department, with the assistance of the Harlan County Sheriffs Office, conducted a search warrant in the Totz community on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

Over a pound of methamphetamine, cash, and other currencies was seized at the residence.

Arrested was 38-year-old Devin Keefer of Totz. He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center charged with trafficking in controlled substance - 1st degree, 1st offense greater than or equal to two grams (Methamphetamine) and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia.
