From WRIL -

Frank Asher Noe Jr. - CCJ

An update on allegations lodged against local Middlesboro Pastor Frank Asher Noe Jr. of Bennett’s Fork Baptist Church leading to his arrest.

The warrant states that on Monday October 5th, Claiborne County Detective Bradley Duncan met with the male victim, a family member of Noe’s, regarding allegations of rape. The victim stated that Noe sexually assaulted him numerous times on various occasions when he was between the age of 4 and 8 years old.

The victim went on to say that there were at least (5) five instances of rape that could be remember in vivid detail “from start to finish”, but that the total number of rape incidents was between 30 to 40 during their childhood at two homes in Claiborne County. The detective stated in the warrant that the victim’s mother corroborated the statements.

The victim, victim’s mother, and Noe also told investigators that there were allegations of unknown abuse lodged by another younger female family member against Noe, but she had yet to be questioned.

Frank Noe was arrested after being interviewed by investigators and lodged in the Claiborne County Jail under a $100,000 cash bond charged with five counts of rape of a child and one count of incest. Claiborne County Detective Eric Fraley is in charge of this investigation.

WRIL has learned that Noe has since been released on a $50,000 bond Thursday, October 8, 2020 after a hearing before Judge Robert M. Estep in Claiborne County General Sessions Court. As a part of the terms of release he is not to be around, nor have contact with, any of the victims.
