A call of an unconscious man results in four Claiborne arrests for drug activity

On the morning of Thursday, August 13th, Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office Deputies received a call in regards to an unconscious male sitting in a vehicle on the side of the Highway in front of 1451 Old US Hwy 25E. 46 year old Troy Edward Seigler, was awakened by Deputies and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was placed under arrest and after conducting a search of the vehicle, Deputies located additional methamphetamine, marijuana and prescription narcotics.
Claiborne County Criminal Investigations Division Detectives responded to the scene, at which time, through an opened door of the residence, Detectives observed a second unconscious male sitting in a chair, later identified as 43 year old Robert Scott Inman, Jr. He was awakened by Detectives and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and heroin. Contact was then made with 42 year old Conan David Smith, and 34 year old Nakisha Lynn Warf, who reside at the residence.
A search warrant was then obtained and executed by Detectives, at which time additional narcotics were found.
Troy Edward Seigler was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale or Delivery, Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule V Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance for Sale or Delivery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication.
Robert Scott Inman Jr. was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Conan David Smith was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule V Controlled Substance for Sale or Delivery.
Nakisha Lynn Warf was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule V Controlled Substance for Sale or Delivery.
