Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Allen Turner arrested Aaron T. Potter age 22 of Corbin early Tuesday morning January 1, 2019 at approximately 1:26 AM.
The arrest occurred on Slate Ridge Road approximately 5 miles South of London after Deputy Turner was dispatched to a traffic crash there.
When Deputy Turner arrived at the scene he located Potter outside a vehicle who appeared to be under the influence and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
Aaron T. Potter was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and was lodged in the Laurel County detention center. Photo of accused attached is courtesy of the Laurel County detention center.
