Arrested and then given more charges for contraband

Tabitha Wilson - BCDC

At approximately 5:30pm on Thursday February 14, 2019, Bell County Deputy Justin Patterson executed three bench warrants on 29 year old Tabitha Wilson at a Stewart Branch residence in Pineville.


The warrants were for failure to appear on theft by deception under $10,000 and failing to send her two children to school.


While being booked into the Bell County Detention Center, Deputy Patterson states that Wilson knowingly entered the facility with a clear baggy containing a crystal like substance believed to be Methamphetamine along with another clear baggy of blue round pills believed to be 10mg Diazepam. The bags were found during a body cavity search performed by jail staff.


Tabitha Wilson was additionally charged by Deputy Patterson with promoting contraband 1st degree, possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense – Methamphetamine, and possession of controlled substance 3rd degree – drug unspecified. She is being held on without bond.
