On Monday, March 28, 2022, 44-year-old Enoch Donnell Huff of Barbourville, formerly of Middlesboro, was booked into the Knox County Detention Center by Kentucky State Police Trooper Kyle Trosper.
According to his indictment, Huff engaged in sexual intercourse with a child less than 18 years of age related to him through the use of forcible compulsion. The incident is alleged to have taken place on or about Nov. 28, 2021. Also, he knowingly and unlawfully induced, assisted or caused the juvenile to engage in sexual activity and illegal controlled substances.
Huff has been charged with multiple sexual offenses against a minor which include rape - 1st degree, sodomy - 1st degree, incest, and (2) two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor - under the age of 18 - Illegal controlled substances.
He is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
