Bell County Indictments

Content from the Daily News/Public Records -

The following individuals were indicted during the month of April:


• William Patton Hodge, 46, of Middlesboro, was indicted for resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, disregarding a stop sign, improper registration plate, no/expired registration plate, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, speeding 15 mph over the limit, first-degree fleeing or evading police, failure to or improper signal, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, second-degree attempted escape, no motorcycle operator’s license, and third-degree criminal mischief;


• Robert Andrew Gafford, 23, of Greenville, Ala., was indicted for two counts of carrying a concealed deadly weapon and one count of being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun;


• George John Cumming III, 35, of Lagrange, was indicted for first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle under the influence;


• Kenneth Evans, 29, of Tazewell, Tenn., was indicted on two separate cases. One the first, he was indicted for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. On the second, he was indicted for being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument;


• John J. Pridemore, 32, of Middlesboro, was indicted for first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (greater than 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license and for being a persistent felony offender;


• Lisa Luena Prater, 53, of Middlesboro, was indicted for first-degree trafficking a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia;


• Larry Dewayne Wilson, 46, of Middlesboro, was indicted for first-degree trafficking a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia;


• Kara Beth Cole, 43, of Middlesboro, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence and for being a persistent felony offender;


• Shawn C. Hatfield, 24, of Middlesboro, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia;


• Aundria Shae Seigler, 25, of Middlesboro, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor;


• Anthony Wayne Asher, 47, of Pineville, was indicted for excessive window tinting, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia;


• Floyd Edward Brock, 50, of Kettle Island, was indicted for first-degree stalking, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and two counts of violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO;


• Joseph F. Aker, 42, of Middlesboro, was indicted for two counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance;


• Sallie Griffin, 69, of Hulen, was indicted for first-degree trafficking a controlled substance.


All above mentioned are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
