On Monday December 30, Bell County Deputy Samson Churchwell charged 54-year-old Kennedy Sparks with sexual abuse -1 st degree.
According to the complaint warrant, Sparks is alleged to have subjected a female victim under the age of 16 to sexual contact from February through March of 2024.
Kennedy Sparks was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center and is being held under a $250,000 cash bond.
I don't think he did anything,I believe the girl is literally lieing through her teeth
