Once on scene the deputies made contact with a woman who stated her child picked up a plastic baggy with what appeared to be drugs inside. Sgt. Foster then made contact with the store manager who showed the deputy the bag which was a crystal-like substance believed to be Methamphetamine. The manager also stated that there was a clear video of a woman, identified as 26-year-old Brittany Cox of Bryants Store Ky., walking into the store and dropping the baggy, then the child picking it up a few minutes later.
Cox was located still in the store and brought outside exhibiting signs of being manifestly under the influence of some type of drug.
