Sunday morning April 14th around 7:00am Middlesboro Officer Kenny Vanover responded to a call from a residence on Chester Avenue in regard to a man he found sleeping in his car.
The caller stated that he found that 21 year old Charles Wilcox had unlocked his black GMC without permission, got inside, and was sleeping inside when he discovered him that morning.
Wilcox was arrested and charged with criminal trespass - 3rd degree and was served two bench warrants for pay or stay and failure to appear. He was also served an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle complaint warrant. His current total bond is $1673, but the criminal trespass charge has no bond yet.
