From The Harlan County Sheriff's Office -
A couple individuals were arrested after a traffic stop by the Sheriff’s Office just before midnight on Saturday.
Deputies were on patrol in the Wallins area and observed a vehicle in an area they had received drug complaints on. Through further investigation, two individuals in the vehicle were arrested on drug charges.
29 years Michael Ayers, of Cumberland Gap, TN was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Amanda Beeler, 27, of Middlesboro, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Degree and Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.
