Harlan County Man Arrested For Sexual Offenses Against A Child

On Tuesday August 26, 2025 Kentucky State Police arrest 52-year-old Christopher Kelly of Closplint, Ky.
KSP Detective J Ledford stated in the criminal complaint that from January 1st, 2021 through March 31, 2024, Kelly is alleged to have had "committed the offense of rape - 1st degree and sodomy - 1st degree by engaging in focible sexual intercourse and deviate sexual intercourse multiple times with minors the defendant knew were his ancestors/descendents."
Christopher Kelly was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center charged with rape - 1st degree, sodomy - 1st degree, and incest - person less than 18 by person 3 or more years older
I wish all child molesters that are truly guilty beyond a shadow of doubt should be given the death penalty and put out of their misery for these sick hanness crimes! But yet, they will eventually be back on the streets to do it to someone else and ruin more lives! Speak up people, stand up for your children and do what should have been done to the chomos from the very get go! Put them out of their misery so no one else will suffer!!
