From WYMT
On Thursday January 17th, WYMT learned a Harlan County mother pleaded guilty late last year to a charge of reckless homicide.
Sentencing for Sierra Foster was rescheduled Thursday until April 18.
Foster also pleaded guilty to a host of other charges including criminal abuse.
In December 2016, police say they found foster under the influence, unable to care for her child. The guilty plea calls for a four-year sentence.
