From The Claiborne County Sheriff's Department -
47 year old James William Mize, of Harrogate, TN was arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Assault for an incident that occurred on Monday, December 21 on Cline Rd in Tazewell.
On Tuesday, December 22nd, through an investigation, Mize was located at a residence on Little Creek Rd in Harrogate, TN. Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office Deputies then made entry into the residence and located Mize hiding in the bathroom area of the residence. Mize was transported to the Claiborne County Jail where he is currently being housed with additional charges pending.
