Harrogate man arrested on sexual offenses

From The Claiborne County Sheriff's Office -
On Thursday, June 27th, 2019 the Claiborne County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division along with the Patrol Division descended on a residence located on Lincoln Drive in the Harrogate community in an attempt to apprehend a wanted fugitive.
During a search of the residence officer's located the wanted fugitive taking refuge inside a closet. Detective Lt. Jason Henegar who has lead the investigation arrested 26 year old Dominque Rashad Justice of Harrogate on eight felony warrants which included Rape of a Child, Incest and Aggravated Statutory Rape.
He is lodged in the Claiborne County Jail.
