On July 7, 2020 Deputy Bobby Jones arrested Erica L Grubb age 33 of Williamsburg, KY on a Whitley County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-under $500, Criminal Trespass-3rd Degree and Promoting Contraband-2nd Degree charges. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center
On July 7, 2020 Deputy Bobby Jones arrested Alisha M McElfresh age 44 of Williamsburg, KY on a Whitley County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-under $500 and Criminal Trespass-3rd Degree charges. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center
On July 8, 2020 Deputy Elijah Broughton arrested Sara Elizabeth Tye age 34 of Corbin, KY on a Bell County Bench Warrant for failure to pay the fine on a Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-under $500. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 10, 2020 SGT Carl Frith arrested Johnathan Bargo age 21 of Cannon, KY on a Knox County Arrest Warrant for Assault-4th Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 10, 2020 Deputy Bobby Jones arrested William L Hubbard age 34 of Barbourville, KY on two Knox County Bench Warrants for failure to appear on Possession Controlled Substance-1st Degree and Possession Drug Paraphernalia and a Drug Court Violation. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center
On July 10, 2020 Deputy Sam Mullins received a complaint of a female passed out in a vehicle on Old Salt Lick Road in Corbin. After arriving at the location, Deputy Mullins arrested Angela Brown age 48 of Corbin, KY charging her with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center
On July 14, 2020 Deputy Bobby Jones arrested William F Smith age 40 of Barbourville, KY on a Knox County Indictment Warrant for Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree and Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 15, 2020 at approximately 9:00 pm Deputy Elijah Broughton observed two people walking on US 25E north of Gray. They appeared unstable on their feet. After checking the man and woman, Deputy Broughton arrested Stanley M Fee age 41 and Larissa M Jones age 32 of Gulston, KY charging them with Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance. During the arrest suspected methamphetamine and Suboxone were found on Stanley Fee, he was charged with Possession Controlled Substance-1st Degree and Possession of Controlled Substance-2nd Degree. Larissa Jones was also wanted on a Virginia Fugitive Warrant. They were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 17, 2020 at approximately 3:30 am Deputy Bobby Jones received a complaint that a man refusing to leave the Wild Cat Market in Flat Lick. After arriving at the market, Deputy Jones arrested Eric S Stewart 38 of Pineville, KY charging him with Criminal Trespass-2nd Degree. Eric was also wanted on a Bell County Arrest for Assault-4th Degree and a Bell County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 17, 2020 Deputy Bobby Jones received a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Hubbard Lane Flat Lick. After arriving at the location and contacting the parties involved, Deputy Jones arrested Preston J Hinkle age 42 of Flat Lick, KY charging him with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 18, 2020 at approximately 12:30 am Deputy Bobby Jones responded to a domestic violence complaint at a residence on Highway 6 south of Barbourville. After conducting an investigation, Deputy Jones arrested Randy D Stamper age 42 of Barbourville, KY charging him with Assault-4th Degree and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 19, 2020 Deputy Bobby Jones charged a sixteen and seventeen year old juvenile with Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-firearm, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-all others and Possession of Marijuana. The stolen handgun recovered from the juveniles was returned to the owner.
On July 19, 2020 Deputy Bobby Jones responded to a disturbance near Brother’s Market on Highway 11 in Girdler. After making contact with the person causing the disturbance, Deputy Jones determined he was under the influence. Deputy Jones arrested James Donaldson age 53 of Barbourville, KY charging him with Public Intoxication. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 19, 2020 Deputy Bobby Jones responded to a domestic violence complaint at a residence on Highway 229 near Bailey Switch. When Deputy Jones arrived, he observed a man standing in the roadway. After conducting an investigation, Deputy Jones arrested Mark Anthony Smith age 47 of Barbourville, KY charging him with Assault-4th Degree and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 20, 2020 Deputy Pat Clouse arrested Shawn C Mills age 23 of Flat Lick, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Speeding and Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operators License charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
