On September 15, 2025, Court Security Officer James Smith arrested Alyssa Olear age 22 of Middlesboro, KY on a Knox County Arrest Warrant for Leaving Scene of Accident/Failure to Render Aid. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

September 19, 2025, LT Sam Mullins arrested Kristina M Campbell age 35 of Corbin, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Leaving Scene of Accident/Failure to Render Aid. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On September 20, 2025, Deputy Bethany Hensley arrested Bradley Morris age 33 of Manchester, KY on a Clay County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Criminal Trespassing-3^rd Degree charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On September 25, 2025, Court Security Officer James Smith arrested Ivey Castel age 22 of London, KY on a Laurel County Indictment Warrant for Assault-1^st Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On September 26, 2025, LT Sam Mullins was dispatched to a physical altercation at a residence on Granville Corner Loop in Flat Lick. After arriving at the location and contacting the parties involved, LT Mullins arrested Jerry W Hodge age 57 of Flat Lick, KY charging him

with Assault-4^th Degree and CriminalTrespassing-3^rd Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

 On September 26, 2025, Deputy Thomas Martin arrested Kristopher  Denham age 34 of Gray, KY charging him with Burglary-1^st Degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition/Firearm Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition/over$10,000 and Assault-4^th Degree. The arrest was the result of Deputy Martin’s investigation into a break-in, theft and assault that occurred at a residence on Bennett Branch Road in north of Barbourville on July 25, 2025. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On September 30, 2025, Deputy David Dunn received a report of a man trespassing on Lick Branch Road in Flat Lick. When Deputy Dunn arrived, he observed the man sitting on the side of the road with his feet in the roadway. Deputy Dunn arrested William Buchanan age 46 of Flat Lick, KY charging him with Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On September 30 2025, LT Sam Mullins responded to a burglary in progress at a residence on KY 2408 in Corbin. After arriving at the location and conducting an investigation, a suspect was identified. LT Mullins located and arrested Joseph Boswell age 19 of Corbin, KY charging him with Burglary-2^nd Degree  and CriminalTrespassing-3^rd Degree. LT Mullins investigated a dirt bike theft in the area on September 22, 2025. LT Mullins located the motorcycle in the Possession of Joseph Boswell. Joseph Boswell was charged with Receiving Stolen Property over $1000. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On October 1, 2025, Deputy David Dunn arrested Robert Murphy age 45 of Hinkle, KY on two Knox County Bench Warrants for failure to appear  on  Failure to Wear Seat Belts , Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges and failure to pay the fines on Possession of Controlled Substance-3^rd Degree and Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center

On October 2, 2025, at approximately 3:45 pm Deputy Bethany Hensley responded to a report of a man lying in the ditch beside Horn Branch Road in Wollum. When Deputy Hensley arrived she observed the man lying half in the roadway and half in the ditch. After waking the man, Deputy Hensley detected the strong order of alcohol. Glen Wagers age 40 of Wollum, KY was arrested and charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center

On October 3, 2025, Deputy Dylan Lewis was dispatched to a a complaint of someone tampering with security cameras at a residence on Radford Road in Flat Lick. When Deputy Lewis arrived, the caller stated that her house trailer had been shaking and vibrating. Deputy Lewis viewed the camera footage and did not see anyone. The caller had called Knox Dispatch over twelve times reporting similar complaints and all were unfounded. Angela M Sizemore age 51 of Scalf, KY was arrested and charged with False Report Which Generates an Emergency Response. She was lodged in Knox County Detention Center.

On October 4, 2025, at approximately 3:10 am  while patrolling on KY 1629 in Corbin, Deputy Dylan Lewis observed a man running around in circles in the middle of the roadway, After making contact, Deputy Lewis arrested James D Cox age 56 of London, KY charging him with Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance. James Cox was also wanted on a Laurel County Bench Warrant for failure to pay the fines on Theft by Unlawful Taking/Shoplifting, and Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center

On October 4, 2025, Deputy Dylan Lewis arrested David W Pennington age 37 of Cannon, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on two counts of Contempt of Court charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center

On October 8,2025, Deputy David Dunn arrested Jeffery Gray age 49 of Flat Lick, KY on a Knox County Arrest Warrant for Intimidating a Participant in the Legal Process. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center

October 14, 2025, at approximately 4:00 pm deputies received a report of a commercial vehicle driving recklessly traveling at a high rate of speed on US 25 E in Gray.  Deputies located the vehicle in the Ollie’s parking lot in Corbin. Gregory P Borntrerger age 37 of Hope IN and Jerry N Meyer age 58 of Osgood , IN were arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia They were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center Corbin Police Department K-9 unit assisted in the arrests.

On October 14, 2025, Court Security Officer Maranda Martin arrested Saria J Melton age 22 of London, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Reckless Driving, No Operators License, Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence and Possession of Marijuana charge. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On October 15, 2025, Court Security Officer James Smith arrested Amber Bingham age 32 of Corbin, KY on a Whitley County Arrest Warrant for Assault-4^th Degree. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On October 17, 2025, Deputy Thomas Martin arrested Amanda Decker age 38 of Corbin, KY on a Estill County Indictment Warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition/over $1,000. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

October 18, 2025, at approximately 11:00 am deputies responded to a disturbance involving a handgun at a residence on KY 1803 north of Barbourville. When the deputies arrived, they observed a man standing in the front yard. When the man saw the deputies, he ran behind the house. The man, McGarrett Honeycutt age 39 of Barbourville, KY, was apprehended and charged with Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance, Terroristic Threatening, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center

On October 18, 2025, Deputy Thomas Martin arrested Kristen Mosley age 27 of  Keavy, KY on two Laurel County Arrest Warrants for Robbery 1^st Degree and Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On October 18, 2025, Deputy Dylan Lewis arrested Larry w Day age 52 of Flat Lick, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Contempt of Court charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
