On Monday June 15, 2020 KSP began an investigation of a missing 6 month old female from the Corbin area of Knox County. Tpr. Sidney Wagner began an investigation.
It appears the mother Felicity Bollman left with her six month old daughter Olivia Bollman in a stolen silver 2005 Chevrolet Malibu.
