Police Make Second Arrest in Sex Offenses Case Involving a Minor in Knox County

Update from the Mountain Advocate:

A second person has been arrested on charges related to this case. 22-year-old Rachel Baker of Bimble Ky., was arrested Monday, May 4, 2026, and charged with Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor under the age of 12 and Distribution of Matter Portraying the Sexual Performance by a Minor under the age of 12 following the arrest of Bradley Kyle Yeager on Sunday.

On Sunday, May 3rd 2026, The Barbourville Police Department and Laurel County Schools Police conducted a investigation into 35-year-old Bradley Kyle Yeager of Heidrick, Ky., requesting and receiving explicit photographs of a underage female.


During the investigation evidence was obtained that resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Mr. Yeagers residence.

 

Bradley Kyle Yeager was arrested and lodged in the Knox County Detention Center charged with:

 

·         POSSESSING MATTER PORTRAYING A SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY MINOR U/12

·         PROCURING OR PROMOTING THE USE OF A MINOR BY ELECTRONIC MEANS


He is being held on a $50,000 cash bond and if released, he will be on home incarceration.

 

The investigation was conducted by Chief Adam Townsley, PTL. Chase Henson, and Laurel County Schools Police Chief Jessie Williams. The Barbourville Police Department was assisted in the execution of the search warrant by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.

 

The investigation is ongoing.
