Bell-Whitley Community Action Partnership's LIHEAP Crisis Program will begin Monday, January 7th and will continue until March 31st or until all funds have been exhausted, whichever comes first.
In an effort to accommodate our clients and decrease wait times we will be using a scheduling system for LIHEAP appointments. Clients can call to schedule their appointment beginning January 2nd once they have received a disconnect notice. Call 606-337-3044 (Bell) 606-549-3933 (Whitley).
***Important Change: The LIHEAP Program will no longer accept 911 verifications from the 911 office as proof of address. The acceptable forms of address verification are an unopened piece of First Class mail, a metered utility bill, a property tax receipt or a Valid Kentucky State ID or driver’s license.
