Deputies with the Laurel County Sheriff's Office arrested a man after they received a complaint of a car swerving on KY 552 just south of London. Police arrested 32-year-old Joshua Lee Baker Saturday night.
Deputies got a complaint of someone in a gold Honda Accord driving recklessly.
When officials located the car, it was swerving across the centerline and pulled over shortly afterward.
Officials conducted an investigation and determined Baker to be under the influence. Baker also had an 11-year-old girl in the car.
Baker was found in possession of Suboxone, Alprozolam, Gabapentin, pressed marijuana, THC vapor cartridges, drug paraphernalia, and a 9mm handgun.
Baker was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, wanton endangerment, and possession of a controlled substance along with other charges.
Baker is at the Laurel County Detention Center.
