According to the complaint warrant taken out by KSP Post 10 Detective Jim Whitaker, on March 26, 2019 the defendant, 26 year old Devin C. Singleton of Middlesboro, caused serious physical injury to his three-month-old child.
The injuries were so severe that the child had to be treated at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.
On Monday, May 13, 2019 KSP Trooper Taylor Mills arrested Singleton lodging him in the Bell County Detention Center. Devin Singleton has been charged with assault – 1st degree and is being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
