Middlesboro Man Arrested For Drug Trafficking

Middlesboro Officer Bucky Harris served a Middlesboro man with a KSP complaint warrant on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at a Timber Top Apartment residence (formerly Queensbury Apts).
In the warrant, KSP Detective Brian Greene states that on November 15, 2024, an individual working for Kentucky State Police purchased "approximately 122 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine for the purchase price of $900.00" from 38-year-old Charles Baker.
Baker was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center and is charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substances - 1st degree, 1st offense (> or = 2 gms methamphetamine).
