On Saturday July 3, 2019 Middlesboro Officer Jeremiah Johnson arrested a Middlesboro man on theft charges.
According to the citation, Officer Johnson – assisted by Officer Kenny Vanover – arrested 34 year old George Kelly Duncan after he allegedly stole tools, power tools, and home supplies from a residence on Chester Avenue early Saturday morning.
Most of the stolen items were recovered from Duncan’s residence on North 30th street.
He was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center and charged with burglary 3rd degree. He is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
