A complaint warrant taken out by Kentucky State Police Detective Bryan Johnson states that from August 10, 2019 to August 30, 2019, 44 year old Vaston Travis Keyes is alleged to have used a communication system to exchange numerous messages with females aged 13 to 17.
During the course of the conversations with the girls, Keyes is said to have sent images of his penis while pleasuring himself. During this same time, he is also accused of sending sexually explicit messages to two 14-year-old girls.
Vaston Keyes was arrested on the complaint warrant by Middlesboro Officer Nick Capps and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center. He has been charged with promoting a sexual performance by a minor under 16 years of age, (2) two counts - prohibited use of electronic communications device to procure a minor, and (2) two counts - distribution of obscene matter to minors – 1st offense.
Vaston Keyes is being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
