From The Bell County Sheriff's Department -
Bell County Chief Deputy Jared Smith has arrested 49-year-old Billy Myers of Miracle, Ky. Chief Deputy Smith states in a criminal complaint that Myers has been charged with:
(1) one count of Sexual Abuse - 1st degree - victim less than 12 years of age, for subjecting another person to sexual contact;
(2) two counts of Rape - 1st degree - victim less than 12 years of age, for engaging in sexual intercourse with another person;
(1) one count of Sodomy - 1st degree - victim less than 12 years of age, for engaging in deviate sexual intercourse with another person;
(2) two counts of Unlawful Transaction with a minor - 3rd degree, for giving two minors alcoholic beverages.
This incidents are said to have taken place between December 1, 2019 through May 1, 2022.
Billy Myers is being held on $250,000 cash bond in the Bell County Detention Center.
