UPDATE - AS OF 1:40PM RONALD KING HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE AND IS WITH FAMILY MEMBERS ------------

Friday, January 31, 2020 - At approximately 10:39pm Bell County Dispatch received a call of an unoccupied vehicle found by the Middlesboro Fire Department in the middle of the roadway on Highway 74 outside city limits just west of Highway 441 junction.
Responding was Deputy Patrick Brooks who observed what appeared to be a fully operable white 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier.
Deputy Brooks has determined that the owner of the vehicle is 66 year old Ronald King of Pineville. Mr. King is described as 5’ 9”, 160lbs, brown eyes, brown hair but balding.
The Bell County Sheriff’s Department is concerned with the well-being of Mr. King.
