On Thursday June 3, 2021, after several complaints from the community of drug activity and a lengthy investigation, Middlesboro Drug Interdiction Team executed a search warrant on a residence at 524 Chester Avenue.
Once inside the home, police, lead by Officer Ryan Collins found suspected Methamphetamine, a scale, and distribution bags throughout the home.
Arrested on scene was 39-year-old Jimmy Robertson who was found to have several outstanding warrants. He was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with possession of controlled substance – 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also served the four bench warrants. No bond has been set as of this report.
Charges are pending on another individual involved in this investigation.
