From The Middlesboro Police Department -
The Middlesboro Police Department is welcoming a new member of the department in a pup called Roscoe.
Roscoe will be unit 600 and is new mascot of the department. He is a Colombian Fino hound and was purchased with donated funds.
This past year the department's dispatchers recently completed a course educating them about service and therapy dogs. Roscoe will serve as an emotional support dog for all members of the department.
We would like to thank Fino Hounds USA out of Kingston,TN for assisting us in acquiring our dog.
