On Tuesday, February 24, 2021, a Wellston Ohio man was booked into the Bell County Detention Center on sexual offense charges.
32-year-old Joseph Allen Brock was taken into custody by Kentucky State Trooper Don Perry after an investigation by Detective Justin Barton that alleges he engaged in sexual intercourse with another person under the age of 12 who is incapable of consent who is also a family member.
The complaint warrant also states that Brock knowingly induced, assisted, or caused the minor to engage in illegal controlled substances or any other criminal activity constituting a felony.
The incidents are alleged to have taken place from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016.
Trooper Perry lodged Brock in the Bell County Detention Center and he was charged with rape - 1st degree- victim under the age of 12, incest - victim under the age of 12, and unlawful transaction with a minor - 1st degree.
He currently has no bond.
